Instructions for Use

Priming with PRIMER

1. We recommend a working temperature of approx. 70°F.
2. The surface should be dust-free, clean, and even. Level out holes, unevenness, and slopes in advance with leveling compound.
3. Always start with our PRIMER.
4. Mix the primer thoroughly and dye it with the supplied WB Pigment.
5. Pour the colored primer into a paint tray after mixing.
6. Apply the colored primer on the desired surface with a paint roller.
7. Allow the colored primer to dry (approx. 8-12 hours).

Main Coating with EFFECT PAINT

1. Use our EFFECT PAINT for the maint coat.
2. First, mix half the supplied EFFECT PAINT with the supplied metallic pigment PLATINUM SILVER.
3. Then, mix the other half of the supplied EFFECT PAINT with the supplied metallic pigment PEARL WHITE.
4. Paint the PLATINUM SILVER EFFECT PAINT in a criss-cross pattern onto the primed surface with a paint roller. The primer should remain a bit visible to achieve the desired effect.
5. Paint the PEARL WHITE EFFECT PAINT wet on wet on the PLATINUM SILVER EFFECT PAINT with a paint roller.
6. The paint is dust-dry after approx. 5 hours.

Sealing with PU

1. Coat the surface with the PU resin.
2. To do this, mix the PU resin (A) with the appropriate PU hardener (B) in the specified mixing ratio. PU matte: 10:1 by weight (e.g.: 1lb A + 0.1lb B). Optionally, you can add up to 20% water.
3. Transfer the mixture to a paint tray and mix again. This way you make sure that resin (A) and hardener (B) mix completely.
4. We recommend mixing smaller quantities of approx. 2lbs per coat, as the material, is very reactive and sets quickly (pot life: 60 min. with 2lbs).
5. Apply the material thinly with a foam roller in a criss-cross pattern. To achieve an even finish, use our scraper grid to scrape off excess material before application. The layer should be as thin as possible.
6. The material can be walked on after approx. 20-24 hours and is completely chemically cured after approx. 7 days.

Pro Tip: We recommend adding water to the PU resin when working at high ambient temperatures or when mixing a large quantity to avoid an orange peel texture.

• Overall coating (primer + main coating + sealing): approx. 1-1.25oz/sqft
• Primer: approx. 0.4-0.5oz/sqft
